Measures to prevent early wear of cylinders(1) The new or overhauled diesel engine must undergo strict running-in test operation before it can be officially put into operation.(2) Regularly check and maintain the air filter, oil filter, diesel filter, so that it is in a good technical condition to work, which is an important measure to prevent dust impurities from entering the cylinder from the air, fuel and oil passage, reduce cylinder wear and extend the service life of the engine.(3) Replace the oil pan oil regularly, and the added oil must meet the requirements of the manual. When replacing the oil pan oil, the oil pan and lubricating oil circuit should be carefully cleaned, the method is to first drain the spoiled oil, use the same amount of clean diesel, pour into the oil pan, start the engine, idle for 3-5 minutes, drain and clean the diesel, and then clean the oil pan, clean the oil filter at the same time, and finally add the specified amount of oil.(4) It is strictly forbidden to start first and then add water, otherwise it is easy to make the cylinder suddenly cool and crack.

(5) Always maintain the normal operating temperature of the engine. If it is too high, the oil will be diluted and the lubrication conditions will deteriorate; if it is too low, acid corrosion will occur, causing pitting and peeling off. Generally, the suitable working temperature is 70-80°C, and the evaporative engine can be slightly higher.(6) Attention should be paid to pre-lubrication when starting the engine, because when the engine is turned off, most of the oil in the lubrication system flows to the oil pan, and the surfaces of each moving pair are in dry friction and semi-dry friction.
